Solid features, minor quibble

Signed up for the Zena Business Charge Card and overall it's been a good experience. The employee spending controls are really helpful for managing my team's budget, and the automated bookkeeping integration with QuickBooks saves a lot of time. Getting the physical cards took about 7 business days to reach my office in Chicago, which felt a little long. Virtual cards were set up much faster though. Value for money seems fair given the features.

Easy setup, useful tools

Needed a better way to track business spending and Zena popped up. The application for the card was straightforward, didn't ask for too much info. I got a virtual card pretty fast, which was nice for online purchases right away. The receipt capture tool is super handy; just snap a pic and it's logged. Makes tax time way less of a headache. Haven't had to deal with customer service yet, but the dashboard is pretty intuitive. It's been a good change from my old bank's business card.

From what I remember, the virtual cards are basically instant. Physical ones took maybe a week, 7-10 business days for me in California.
